User reported bad customer service:
A user reported (April 2003) that a few months prior (Jan?), the network service was spotty and unreliable. They also reported support was non-existant, and "24/7 support" was an unattended answering machine. Attitude from human (when finally contacted) was "we don't need you as a customer anyway." User states: ...hear the network has been better lately, but earlier, outages were very common.

When I used Sonic as my ISP (dialup access) they provided excellent service. I would have chosen to go with them as a local company due to their responsiveness and location, but cost was a big factor for me.
